Training Philosophy
Every human responds and adapts differently to exercise. Reaching your goals requires a training program that is constantly changing and continually challenging your body in new ways. I believe that the best training involves a combination of various training techniques, a combination of strength training (anaerobic), cardiovascular training (aerobic), balance and coordination, core training, and flexibility. With your personal goals, I create programs that include the necessary amount of each of these types of exercise. (Exercise Type, Intensity, Frequency, Duration).
