Testimonials
“I have worked with many trainers in the past and Jesse is by far the best in every aspect. He has been inspirational to me in my training. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, motivating and encouraging, he really cares about helping me achieve my goals, often sending me tips or helpful words of encouragement outside of the gym. He always brings a great attitude and a fresh and different workout each week. As hard as my workouts are, I always enjoy and look forward to them! Not only am I stronger as a result of his training, I eat better (thanks to my food journal, which he checks!) and am so much healthier. He has really changed my life and my body for the better, both inside and out!”

“I have had the pleasure and the privilege to train with Jesse and he is truly top notch. His attitude is so positive you will look forward to your session all week. When you leave you will be physically exhausted but mentally ready for anything. We worked on strength and overall conditioning and I have never been in better shape in my life (and I am pushing 40). This guy is destined for great things, so take this opportunity to work with him before he blows up."

“I approached Jesse over two years ago because I needed to exercise regularly, lose some weight, gain some control over my life, and achieve a balance between my personal life and my business. Jesse has helped me focus not only on what goes in my mouth during the course of a day, but also on finding time during the day to exercise or walk. I never thought I would say I like going to the gym, but it's something I look forward to most mornings. I may be a little stiff from a prior workout, but by the time I am done, I feel terrific, and it's a great start to my day. I used to dislike core exercises, now I look forward to it. I used to dislike any type of upper body work out but once you can see some definition, it changes your perspective to I want to do more. I came to Jesse because I couldn't walk up the stairs with ease, I was constantly out of breath, and I felt horrible. I may be in my 50's but now I feel much younger chronologically. Having muscle tone from strength training permits me to walk with confidence, not endure chronic back pain anymore, and as long as I keep doing what I am doing, I know I will feel good about myself. Jesse constantly challenges me to try new things; to test my ability. Whether it's working with free weights or machines, balancing, using a bosu ball, incorporating resistance training, and doing every variety of lunge or squat possible, every session is a little different, and yes, every exercised muscle is "confused" and "burning" by the end of the hour. It's great at any age to try new things knowing that if you do it the right way, you won't hurt yourself.”
